X1072: Intro to Rowing in Splash Spr 2022 (Mar. 20, 2022)
Students of all fitness + experience levels are welcome to learn how to use rowing machines! Being able to row can help you stay fit on land, or prepare you to join a rowing team and use actual boats. Class includes a short demonstration and then time for students to practice using Clark's varsity rowing equipment in the Kneller Athletic Center on campus. We recommend bringing clothes you can stretch in and a water bottle. IN-PERSON CLASS
