There is no poetry experience necessary of this workshop. We will be learning the basics of how words can be used as an art form through different styles of poetry. We'll cover spoken word, slam poetry, written free verse, and traditional poems. At the end, we will have a performance component in which you will share your work. This will be a space for freedom of expression, and it'll be loads of fun.
