Brief Biographical Sketch:
For Savannah Cooley, yoga is about loving life through exploring the mind, body, and spirit. Each moment gives an oppportunity to embrace joy and our higher selves. Savannah started doing yoga when she was 10 years old with her mom. At first, she found it difficult to concentrate for that long and felt frustrated when she compared herself to her mom (who practiced yoga for 20 years). Gradually, Savannah's practice deepened and began revealing the possibility of learning without judgement, challenge without pain, and happiness without ego. Born in Santa Barbara, CA Savannah also lived in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico for 4 years with her family and then Campo Grande, Brazil as an exchange student for a year. Every place offers a new context to practice yoga.
