Media is packed with distorted information about individuals' experience with anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). These disorders are distressful and can be debilitating, and the media often sensationalizes the reality of them. In this class we will discuss the true nature of the disorders, different from what you've seen on TV. Clips of media portrayals will be shown and analyzed.
