Brief Biographical Sketch:

This is my final semester at Clark and I've spent the last four years on the Latin dance group, Salsa Encendida, and studying Cultural Studies and Communications for my first major and Comparative Literature for my second. I also study on the side Spanish as a second language.

A834: ¡Baila Conmigo! in Splash Spring 2017 (Apr. 02, 2017)
¡Baila Conmigo! or "dance with me" is a a workshop for students interested in learning the basic steps to salsa dancing. Taught by members of Clark University's own Latin dance group, Salsa Encendida, students will be immersed into the culture of salsa dancing with coaching from our talented dancers. No experience is required but participation and full attention are expected!


A356: Bachata! in Splash Fall 2014 (Nov. 16, 2014)
Ever wanted to learn how to dance Bachata? Now's your chance. Come join Clark's 'Salsa Encendida,' a student club on campus that dances salsa, bachata, merengue, and sometimes Argentine tango! For this class we'll be focusing on bachata moves from the basics to some spins and footwork.
