Brief Biographical Sketch:

My name is Emily Donahoe and I've been Hoop Dancing for almost a year! Over this past year I have learned quite a bit about hula hooping and I would love to share my passion with others who once had a love for the activity. Hoop Dancing is for all ages and abilities! We all learn at our own pace and the purpose of it is to let go and have fun. Register for my class to learn a few awesome moves, get some exercise, and have a great time!

Do you love hula hooping? Well you'll be relieved to know that hula hooping isn't just for kids! It's for all ages and it's called Hoop Dancing! Register for this class and learn some basic Hoop Dance tricks, get some exercise, and have a great time! Hula hoops will be provided.
