Learn to play Ultimate! Ultimate is a sport played with a Frisbee or flying disc. The goal: to catch it in the end zone by passing the disc up field. If you don't know how to throw a Frisbee that's fine we will teach you. Or if you do we will teach you another way! Be prepared to be running around and have a blast.
