What does happiness mean to you? Do you believe that helping others leads to a successful life, or do you believe that money can bring forth greater success? Do you know the power of words? Of kindness? How does that relate to anything in life? Throughout the 2 hour class, we will be playing games, watching videos, listening to music, and discussing the ideas of happiness, altruism, gratitude, the power of words, and how to create the best possible life with what we have available.
