Student Code of Conduct

In order to create a safe and inclusive learning environment Clark ESP requires all students to read and agree to the following Code of Conduct: 

  • Clark ESP will not tolerate any form of harassment, intimidation, bullying, and/or retaliation. This shall include cyber-bullying. Bullying is defined as the use of a written, verbal or electronic expression or a physical act or gesture or any combination thereof, directed at a victim that: causes physical or emotional harm to the victim or damage to the victim’s property; places the victim in reasonable fear of harm to themselves or of damage to their property; creates a hostile environment for the victim; infringes on the rights of the victim; or materially and substantially disrupts the education process or the orderly operation of Splash. 
  • Clark ESP prohibits any unlawful activity and/or any activity in violation of the policies of Clark University.
  • Clark ESP expects all students to cooperate with adult supervision. This includes all Clark ESP administrators, teachers, and volunteers, as well as employees of Clark University.
  • Clark ESP encourages students to notify ESP administrators or teachers of any potential violations of this Code of Conduct.
  • Any student found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be dismissed from the program and/or prohibited from future enrollment. Clark ESP reserves the right to contact the parent/guardian of any student found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct.
